Tires Plus

"Ladies if ya'll never had a mechanic representative. You all have one in Courtney at Tires Plus. This Experienced woman is knowledgeable about cars and the service you need. Not to mention my experience with the staff was great as well, but Courtney excelled in her customer service and advice she gave me everytime for the past 3 visits. Whereas when I went elsewhere the service was sub par. Thanks Courtney and the staff at Tires Plus on Minola Rd. You guys got a returning customer in me. Thanks again Courtney keep doing what you do, because somebody gotta do it, and I am glad its you."

"I normally do not leave reviews but the horrible customer service that day changed all that for me. I work a few minutes away at the nearby hospital, so I arrived at 0745 before they opened at 8am. I was more than happy to wait as I was the only one there and would be first. so, I figured I could get in and out fast which was important because I was tired having just gotten off work. The door opened at 8am I was first in and the young lady that opened the door appeared to have just rolled out of bed, no greeting or smile and smelled of cigarettes and/or weed. I told her I was there for an oil change she did not ask the type of oil I preferred or if I had any concerns. She said the technician was going to be late. I asked how late she stated she did not know he just called. I decided to wait and gave my keys. at 0830 I went back to the register; she was there with the technician, and I asked how much longer he stated he just got there. Again no one asked if I had concerns with my vehicle or apologized for the delay. Around 910 my vehicle was done, there was no conversation of any issues, what was found or needed next time. I was told the cost and handed my keys. I have been to this location many times, and this was awful. I do not feel comfortable with the service and not sure what was done so I will be taking my vehicle to another shop for an oil change and make sure all is well. I absolutely will not be back."

"They get the job done, but don't care if it fixes anything. I come here all the time to have my tires replaced, but the wait time is long, the place is short staffed. The staff is generally pleasant. I came in to fix a wobble thinking it was an alignment issue, it wasn't. Came back for a balance (because you don't get a balance with your wheel alignment), that wasn't the issue. I recieved no comments about potential fixes and I am pretty sure no one even drove the car to check the issue. I'll be back, but only for tire changes. Change your oil yourself people, it's not that hard and the equipment will pay for itself."

"Do not and I repeat do not take your car here. I brought in my car for an oil change and today it’s leaking oil everywhere. All over my fan, on the ground, on my wheel suspension are, on my air filter box. Every where. I was driving and the check engine light came on and the. The oil change light. A complete night mare. Update, there’s no oil in the vehicle. I now have to return the vehicle due to their complete incompetencies of something that’s so simple to do. I did call and the manager was willing to send a tow truck so that the vehicle could come back to them so he could take a look at it. But I was advised by the seller to not take it back to them so I didn’t."

"I've always had a really positive experience with Tires Plus. Customer service has always been top-notch. They do write estimates for all recommended work, but never make you feel bad if you do not want to proceed with additional work. I would not recommend going to tires Plus for all work that needs to be done on the car, but I would recommend going to tires Plus for tire related items. I always get my alignment and I always get new tires from Firestone or Tires Plus. They always have good deals, and if any mistakes are made they have always honored their warranty. This store is no exception. I really appreciate the level of service."
