"Update!!! Got my call back. Called to confront me about my review on Google. Once again unprofessional CALL 411 PAIN!!!! Got into an auto accident in 2020 and my case is still not settled. I’ve been through three different attorneys and each time no one reached out and communicated with me. The lack of communication is so unprofessional. I have to call multiple times a day throughout the week to even get a call back or email. I wouldn’t recommend this form to anyone."

"Before you hire this company DO YOUR RESEARCH. I got into a car accident in August of 2022, and they still have not settled my case. They do not communicate with their clients. You have to call them and even when you call them you still don’t get updates. I was told back in October they were sending out something to the insurance company and the insurance company had 30-45 days to respond. I had to get in contact with them in JANUARY for them to tell me the insurance company hadn’t responded yet. WAY OVER THE AMOUNT of days they said it would take. Not only are they not taking my case seriously, in the state of Georgia you have a 2 year statue of limitation for car accidents. I have a few months left so time is of the essence. Had I known what I know now I would’ve NEVER gotten in contact with this fraudulent company. They DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS! They’re unprofessional, and do not care about clients. I spoke on the phone with the woman who CLAIMS she has been over my case but I had to remind her today I was told the insurance company had 30-45 days to get back in contact with them. When I told her that she said “oh yeah it looks like we’re well over the allotted time.” Not only is she not doing her due diligence and staying on top of the case she’s supposedly over, she very negligent and unprofessional. I asked for her to email me ALL of the documents they have regarding my case and I haven’t gotten anything yet. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY unless you want years wasted with no progress."
