"With only 14 reviews don’t be fooled this place is awful. They lied and told me they gave my car an alignment. It took 15 minutes imtotal and I thought it was a little short but they reassured me I was fine. After their card reader not working I was told I had to go get cash some how on a rainy Georgia day. I ended up walking 3 blocks to a bank came back paid and leaves thinking I was properly taken care of. I can’t seem to get anyone out of two people I assume who work there to explain to me why they took my money and didn’t do anything to my car."

"I don't take leaving scathing reviews of a business lightly, and I have done business with Ronnie several times previously with mostly satisfactory results. However. After my most recent transaction with Riverdale Automotive, I can no longer trust nor recommend this shop. Ronnie installed an engine in my Nissan Frontier earlier this year. I've had nothing but problems from it since. The last straw was not knowing my check engine light had been disabled and going to get emissions done where I was informed of it along with a FAILED emission. I took the truck to Ronnie with the engine light disabled and 3 codes from the emissions fail. He told me it would cost around $400-$450 to fix and I had no problem paying it. After a week of not hearing anything, I called. Was given excuse after excuse after excuse for a total of FIVE WEEKS and I got so fed up with having to call daily just about for updates, no useful information was ever given, just "I'm working on it right now." I finally got it back after 5 weeks and forking over $427.94. It now has an exhuast leak which is coming inside the truck, there is a major sensor COMPLETELY MISSING, all the spark plugs are misfiring, and I don't even know what else, because I'm currently still awaiting a quote to repair the NEW ISSUES caused by Ronnie at Riverdale Automotive. Ronnie has refused to give an itemized receipt, refused to return the original parts, and I am now faced with having to sue for the loss of my money and damages done to my truck while he was supposedly "fixing" it. I don't know what happened, but Riverdale Automotive is NOT where you want to take your vehicle! Save yourself time, money, and aggravation by going ANYWHERE else!"

Additionally, they provided courtesy drop-off and pick-up so I could return to work without an Uber. Overall, this experience gave me everything I could desire from a repair shop!"
