The vehicles have been superbly clean inside and out. The quick drop off is God-sent as there is zero waiting and therefore no delays in getting to my departure gate. "Not only did Thurston provide excellent customer service, a fast, safe and reliable car - Thurston also recommended a soul food restaurant upon request! This was my first time spending more than a day in Atlanta and I knew I would not be able to leave without trying soul food. I won't talk about the delicious soul food in this review, but to satisfy your curiosity, I had dinner at The Southern Gentleman. Thurston was the first person I meaningfully interacted with upon landing at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport close to midnight due to flight delays. I received a very warm welcome and was delighted by the excellent customer service and just the right amount of conversation; Thurston was cognizant of the line and expertly managed the entire rental car process as the kiosks were unavailable. After the initial process was completed, I was greeted by the lot attendant and escorted towards an attractive Audi. The staff at this location are personable, professional and kind, making it easy and enjoyable to rent and return this vehicle.
