"Very disappointed in my experience today. Since when is Mud considered "Biohazard" I had a very small amount of mud on my vehicle and was refused service due to that, was told I could "go down the road to a gas station and hose it off". This is a car WASH where people bring vehicle that need to be cleaned. There is no excuse for this. I could understand if my vehicle was covered but it was just splashed on my steps."
