"We came in mid August looking for a new SUV. My previous Explorer is 5 years old. We picked one out & were told our 2023 Explorer would be ready to pick up by the End of August. We signed all paperwork, put money down and waited. No one called.. We went to dealership to inquire about the vehicle and were treated like we were bothering them. TWO MONTHS later, we receive a call telling us we have to hurry and pick up the SUV or a bonus they might give us will expire. Seriously?!?! The entire experience was a nightmare. We’ll never go back to that dealership again, which is a shame, we purchased 2 SUV’S previously & never had any issues. On the plus side, my Explorer is beautiful."

"Their salesperson Bobby really done me wrong. Seems like this place only cares about going above and beyond for those people that are high-class. They really didn't seem like they wanted to help me with my trade and $8,000 down on a $32,000 truck. I would have been willing to work with them on their rates when they offered me a lot less on my trade then other dealers. But I guess I'm not high class enough for there salesperson Bobby. So if this is the type of business this place conducts I do not recommend it to anyone, take your business somewhere else that's going to value you as a customer no matter who you are."
