"They seriously need to clean up babies graves known as Baby World. There is trash, old flowers, leaves and sticks. It's so dreadful where the babies are. If they can keep the grass cut, they can blow the leaves and sticks away. My brother and cousin is out there, and it made the visit today with my mom more depressing because of the graves appearances. People take notice of how these grave sites take care of the graves before placing your love ones memorial in their care."
