"Birdsong is a beautiful place, and within five minutes of my first visit it became clear how special it was. There are plenty of birds to watch and listen to, but there is also a plethora of native wildflowers and spectacular insects (dragon flies, grass hoppers, beetles, etc.) that you don't get to see due to all-to-common habitat loss. $5 entry for one adult, well worth it."
