"We purchased a one year lawn treatment in March of 2023. TruGreen came to the house yesterday and then charged our account for 73$. When my husband called to ask about the charge as we are still in the one year window, the representative was very sarcastic and condescending - he actually said, "Did you think it was free?" There is no excuse for rude employees. We cancelled our service. I wouldn't recommend using TruGreen due to their rude customer service."
