"Saturday I went in for a fluid top off and tire pressure check. I was well within my required mileage and months of service to receive the top off. The attend informed me that I was 2 quarts low and needed more. He then proceeded to say I would be charged $8.67 for 1 of the quarts and given the other for free or just get an oil change. As long as I’ve been a valid customer, I’ve never had to pay for top off service. And when I asked for the policy so I could understand better the attendant ignored me and advised me to look it up online. He was very rude and unprofessional. The Take 5 location on North Monroe street near lake Jackson in Tallahassee Florida has the worst customer service and I will not go back."
