"The food is phenomenal. The servers were on point. HOWEVER, my sister reserved a private room for 35 people. We were stuffed in with another party of about 15. The manager even had the audacity to come and ask if we could all sit at the one table. Even though it was obviously a lot of people. Then, they added a $3.00 split check fee per check because everyone wasn't on the same ticket. This was in addition to the 21% gratuity they charged for it being a group event. They need to work on their attitude toward large parties."

"I've dined in at Bianca's twice in the past two weeks. I love Italian food, and the diversity of restaurants in Albany is small, so I decided to try them out. I was a weekly regular at Osteria before they closed, so I had been craving some good food without having to drive to Macon or Tallahassee. Both times I sat at the bar, the ambiance was great, and the food exceeded my expectations. Although the food was great, you're probably wondering why I gave it two stars. Two words: MEDIOCRE SERVICE. On my first visit, I asked my bartender what their specials were for that evening. Without saying anything, she just walked off and came back a few minutes later with the specials. Maybe she was new and didn't know them yet? Maybe it slipped her mind? It's not a huge deal, but communicating that she didn't know them would have been better than just walking off without saying anything. The service on my second visit (yesterday) did it for me. I sat at the bar for about five minutes before I was noticed by either the manager or the owner. He wore a nice chef's uniform so he could've been either. He got the attention of one of the many people behind the counter, who made my drink and took my order but then disappeared. I ordered both my dinner and dessert together. It wasn't hard to notice the staff who were gaffing off in the hallway behind the bar. When I eventually got my food, I didn't receive any utensils, so I asked the blonde bartender behind the counter for some, and she ROLLED her eyes. After I finished my food, I sat and waited for a bit before the same blonde bartender asked if I needed anything else. I replied that I was just waiting for the creme brulee I ordered, to which she ROLLED her eyes again. After finishing my dessert, I asked for the check, and my tab came around to $59 and some change. I paid with a $50 and $20 bill. The blonde bartender took my check and never returned my change. I sat there for a while before just deciding to leave because they had already closed for the evening. I would've been happy to have tipped her the $10. However, the opportunity to do so was taken out of my hands. Good food isn't enough to make me return to an establishment. The service is part of the experience, and I'd rather drive out of Albany if I can get it elsewhere."

"My husband and I had a date at Bianca's last night for the first time! It was truly an amazing experience! The food was amazing, that atmosphere was a mix of modern/romantic/semi-elegant, and the service was perfect. Our waiter, I wish I could remember his name, was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable with every dish on the menu as well as the specials they were offering. We never truly waited for anything. He always came to the table with a smile and such great manners. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!"
