"One of our company vehicles got stuck on a really muddy dirt road after the GPS tried to take a clever short-cut. We quickly found Lloyd's on Google and gave them a call. Lloyd's was on lunch but he knew immediately what happened and where our vehicle was stranded. He got out to our guy in no-time and had us back on the road. Lloyd's was extremely helpful, friendly and there was excellent communication through-out the unfortunate event. It was very convenient paying over the phone and we he texted over a receipt."
