"Goo Goo was a great car wash while it was in Warner Robins. For some reason both car washes in Warner Robins closed out of the blue. The auto pay was still taken and no one in customer service will talk to you… So, the wash itself is a 10… while customer service is a 0"
"Well…. Unfortunately this will not be good. 4 locations were convenient for us and 3 have been closed. I was never notified. Just went to get my car washed and oh well closed. I feel you all should not have continued taking my money but guess what. You did. Very bad customer service. I just wonder how many loyal customers you are still taking advantage of."
