"My Supervisor decided after a long night at work to buy us dinner. The app wasn't working so we had to call in the order. The young lady that answered acted as though her time was more precious than my boss's order. She didn't even ask what flavor crust, kept asking if my boss was done with the order..... My boss and I were very close to canceling the order all together but it was late so she decided to complete the order. When asked for her name, the young woman asked why we needed it, and finally gave the name before hanging up. Please give Kaitlyn a bit of CUSTOMER SERVICE 101."
