"They don't care about customer service and made paying customers feel welcome. No Hi ,welcome ,please ,thank you etc . Today ( 02/13/2024 at 3:45 pm ) the 3 employees ( one female two guys ) were more interested in talking between them than taking care of me . The lady leaning on the counter next to the register,the other two employees sitting ,one texting the other on the wall counter sitting looking at me like I was interrupting there precious tick tock conversation . Anyways I missed my transaction they lady gave me my receipt and I said thank you so much .. she looked at me and turned her back around . I said to her " your welcome " and left . Maybe they don't like minorities as patrons . This is not the first time. I actively avoid this UPS store . This one is literally less than a mile from my residence but I rather drive 4 miles and get to the other UPS . They are nicer . Hope the 3 amigos got a reality check and realize they are there to serve,not the other way around!"

"While I was researching personal trainers around the area I decided to go with this one because of the reviews. I started January 1st with Siobhan and I have loved it ever since. She has pushed me every session and has given me advice for my health for in and out of the gym which has been super helpful. She makes sure her clients are taking care of themselves in and out of the gym and showing them tips and tricks! Couldn’t recommend this gym more!"

"UPS returned an order to this location. They signed for it and then lost it. Refused my insurance claim, I had to refund the customer on my dime. It wasn't a small order and not inexpensive to refund. This was not the first time but it's the last. I won't be using UPS anymore."

"I had a great experience inside the store today. I had an Amazon return I needed to do and the gentleman behind the counter was so nice and patient for me to pull up my QR code. Once I found it it was scanned and taken from me very quickly and the guy taking my package was very kind and wished me happy holidays. Will definitely be using this UPS store whenever I need to ship anything! 12/18 @ 6:54pm"

"First time ever walking in to a UPS store, had to send off a letter and the lady at the counter, Ezra was beyond helpful. She made it quick, easy, and streamlined which was really helpful as I’ve never sent a piece of mail out before. I don’t know if she’s a supervisor, but she should be. Thank you again Ezra!"
