Domino's Pizza

"I ordered through the app and waited until I got the notification that my order was “boxed & ready” to head to pick it up. I waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes, only to be told they were out of large dough and could make 2 medium pizzas instead. I told the cashier mine were already boxed and ready according to the app and he said “we have no control over the app.” Needless to say, I didn’t wait any longer for the pizzas. The cashier canceled the order. I strongly do NOT recommend this Dominoes!!"

"My pizza was not done and when I called them to let them know they keep hanging up on me this happened 6 times I want ever use them again"

"We order here maybe twice a month, and it's very reliable. I don't think they've gotten our order wrong and the quoted times are usually very accurate as well."

"Not sure why so many people had such a bad experience here. But, aside from the occasional extra wait our orders are always correct and hot. Honestly it's one of the better pizza places around. Either domino's stepped up it's game or everywhere else just sucks more. 4 stars bc everyone they send is pretty freaking nice and respectful. Otherwise it's take out pizza people what do you really expect."

"Update on 29 May 2022; I decided to give these guys another chance. Well, pizza, although burned was at least ready when I picked it up, but I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering a Philly "steak" and cheese. The sandwich was at least 80% BREAD, less than 1 Oz. of actual "meat" and hardly any peppers or onions. I shouldn't have been surprised. TOTAL LET DOWN!! These franchise owners should be absolutely embarrassed to sell such garbage. 2 strikes you are OUT Domino's of Byron, Georgia!! They cheat on the 2 minutes or free promise. They stopped the clock eventhough. I waited an additional 10 minutes...NO ONE ever came to my car. I had to go in after another 10 minutes to get it myself and waited another 5 minutes to be rudly talked to by the Manager who treated me like a nuisance instead of a paying customer. I get home and they forgot the mushrooms!! Very dissatisfied."
