"Mr. Randall did exactly what was asked nothing more and didn't mention that another part was needed in order to fix the problem I was having. Also over priced, found out later that I could have had the entire problem fixed for about $340 less than what he charged me for fixing half the problem. So in other words know exactly what you need and how much it cost because he won't tell you otherwise and gets very rude if you start asking questions."

My husband's timing chain went out in his Jeep on Thanksgiving day and messed up his engine, and Randall completely redid everything and even threw in some extras for little to no cost, after putting in the new engine.He is definitely the right person to go to when you need help, very informative and professional and will answer all questions asked about anything vehicle related. We have been seeing him for 6 yrs now for all of our vehicle issues and refuse to go anywhere else. He is the best! Period."
