"TSI has worked on every car I have ever had, I have never had a negative experience, until now. I called 3 weeks ago to get an appraisal for a transmission change out. The lady who answered, every time, kept telling me “Let me ask if he has done it and I’ll call you back.” Which is fine, if I actually got a call back. I called up there almost everyday for a solid week then 2 days the following week, and even text a man, which the lady told me to, the information on my car, and STILL no call back or response. I have always bragged on TSI and have sent everyone that I know their way. I will no longer be doing that."

"I had a transmission rebuilt and a few days later I returned cause a strange noise while driving my Ford Transit, it turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. They fixed it on the spot and changed the worn front disc brakes. I loved their customer service, expertise, and clear explanation in taking care of my vehicle. Top notch!"
