"I was there yesterday afternoon and witnessed a horror. Apparently a customer accidentally bumped into another customers car. The first customer was talking to one of the employees and that employee got in the face and started yelling at the older gentleman. This man is about 60 years old. I could tell he was terrified. I know of him but went to school with his brother. I called his brother and got his phone number and called him. He was pretty shaken up. That employee is a bully. Another customer had to step in and get the employee away from that gentleman. I told him I would be a witness if he needed me."

"Went to thos Carsh earlier..the Machine said touch to start..ok i did 3 times said time to renew but i had 2 more days..so i back up go to next one..it say same NO OME CAME TO HELP AFTER I SIT FOR 3 .5 min still no ome came out so me..i backed up LEFT"

"Went not to long ago and everyone there was rude and I had an issue with the air gun and I asked an associate and he said I’ll get a manager and as I was going to the bathroom I heard “that dumb white girl didn’t in how to work the air gun” It was the manager that assisted me and the associate never will I go back to a Rich’s establishment"
