"Owner is a total JERK!!!"
"Showed up 10min before close to get mower blades. The owner was standing outside talking to someone. I walked up to the door to walk in and it was locked. The guy looked at me got in his truck and drove off. Even left his friend he was talking with. His buddy shrugged his shoulders and left. Now I have to drive 45min to get my blades. Horrible service and I will never be back!"

"Yeah, the guy there does seem a bit testy at first. I walked in with a burnt-out lightbulb. He took it from me, walked behind the shelving, and a minute later, came back out with a Phillips brand bulb that was perfect. He didn't even gouge me on price despite being a tourist. Couldn't argue with that."
"The guy in the front acts as if your business is inconvenient to him. He ALWAYS has a very bad attitude. Every person I have met has said the same thing. If you can avoid going there ,PLEASE DO! I work in customer service, and I would never be able to keep my job treating people the way that guy does. I'm so surprised they aren't closed down by now. I can't believe people still go up there. I guess because it's the only Bumper to Bumper."
