"I was experiencing a very bad morning . I hit a curb and my tire went flat instantly. I pulled up to Mavis to get a new tire but they didn’t have my size. So I asked if I could have a spare put on. Chris was very helpful and generous. I thank him so much !"
"I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Excellent staff! Very respectful very helpful and you can tell they actually enjoy their jobs! I was having an issue with a light in my car James went above and beyond to help get the issue resolved even after my service was already complete and he did not have to. I told him I live an hour away and came to visit family he wanted to make sure I didn’t get back on the road with any issues. 10/10 recommend. You can tell when people genuinely love their jobs and it makes it so much easier on customers especially a customer like me who is already not savy with cars and nervous going to a shop lol!"
