"I was stuck at Sunny's in Valley Alabama and it was impossible to get any help from my Allstate roadside towing. I found RT Towing and Recovery on Google and called him and arranged to have my van towed to his shop. Rob Townley the owner said he would make a diagnosis and call us with a price. He called us with a price and we gave him permission to repair my van. Later he called us saying he's finished and even delivered my van to me almost 30 miles away at no extra charge. His price was extremely fair! And he was extremely professional! If needed in the future we will definitely use him again!"

"Rob from RT Towing and Recovery is AMAZING!!! He rescued us from the side of I-85 North with 2 flat tires on a Sunday evening when our insurance company was not able to find an "in-network" towing company. He was extremely professional and knew exactly what to do quickly and efficiently. He was so incredibly nice and very, very helpful. No tire place was open at the time he towed us, so after dropping off our car at Walmart, he took us over to a nearby hotel where we could stay overnight. The next morning, we attempted to call Walmart automotive and could not get through to them or the main Walmart number. It just rang and rang. So we called Rob and he he came to our rescue once again. He went to Walmart, picked up our car and brought it to a local tire company that Rob had recommended. He knew the owner and was able to get 2 new tires for our vehicle and Rob himself put them on the car. Then drove the car over to our hotel all fixed up. He went above and beyond to help our family and his kindness will never be forgotten. Rob and his work ethics are a true example of goodness that we could use more in this world. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Amy and Gerald Williams"
