"Called 3x about getting work done for my car. 1st time I called explained everything I needed and was given a quote but as soon as I mentioned I was getting ready to tow the car there a guy who said his name was “CHRIS” told me to call him back in an hour.. Called in an hour and a guy says he’s not there and I could tow the car until he authorized it. explained to him what I was needing as well. I just called to see if CHRIS returned and now all of a sudden there’s nobody there by that name and they don’t offer the service the had already quoted me for. Waste of time, obviously not as good of a shop as I’ve heard."

"I have been taking my cars to Mr Cats shop since 2007. Beyond knowledgeable and knows how to quickly assess a vehicle. The repair prices are fair and very affordable. You don’t need to shop around for a repair shop. Mr Cat and his team are seasoned, honest, and hard working mechanics. When you go there don’t expect a fancy waiting area and concierge. To me that’s not necessary amenities. Drop off your car, and return when they call you. Also a bonus that there is an auto parts store next door in walking distance."

Express Auto Interior Restoration and Detailing:

"They do great brake jobs, but they will not correct a problem if you have to bring your car back the next day because of something they did not fix properly. I had some major work done twice, the next day the check engine lite came on both times. They won't back up their work. They do not give you a work order also. I had to go to pep boy to fix the problem, and it was something that CAT failed to do..."
