"Maybe this was a bad day. The restaurant was filthy, it was empty so no excuse. Always a red flag! Good on the floor, tables not clean. The spinach dip was hard the wigs were half raw and as long as I have lived in ATL I've not tried the place I've heard so many great compliments,! ,30 plus dollars wasted on wings and dip"
"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed an order and the incorrect order was delivered to me. I proceeded to speak with a manager (offered to send pictures of the incorrect food that was delivered to me) and the manager kept raising his voice at me stating that this was not his fault and he could do nothing about the issue. I kept inquiring if I can at least receive a refund, but manager kept telling me that the "correct" order was indeed delivered to me, although I kept telling him that I received a completely different orde than what my receipt was showing. Manager hung up on me. Severely disappointed with this location, as a regular customer should be treated with respect and understanding!! This is not what customer service should look like anywhere!"
"Our server was very good. He was attentive to our group. I had the jerk chicken hoagie. It could have used a little more jerk chicken spice but it was good. The surprise were the pineapples. I feel like they get me."
