KEN MOBILE MECHANIC

"Ken charged my boyfriend and I $65 for a diagnostic that was included in the labor charge. So I ordered the radiator because that’s what he said was needed. A few days later he comes back to replace the radiator then he says I need a lower hose radiator. I am being told this after the diagnostic, the point of a diagnostic is to tell me everything that’s wrong and the parts you will need to finish the job. My boyfriend ended up paying him the rest of the money of $175 because he said he will come back and finish the job tomorrow. So I was able to get the other part the next day, and Ken says he can stop by in a hour and a half. 3 hours goes by and Ken just goes completely ghost. He stopped answering the phone, he stopped responding to text messages. I understand how busy Ken may be, but communication is key, and he has not communicated in a professional manner this whole time we have been dealing with him. I am sure he ran off with the money, I am sure I did not even need a radiator. All we needed was the hose because it was leaking out all of the coolant. Just remember that God sees all Ken! It’s already hard out here, and you’re not making it easy. Also, I read a review posted by someone named, “Kash H”. The way he treated Kash H is the same way he treated us! If you are young and don’t have any experience on cars DO NOT go to him."
