"I had been faithfully going here since 2017 but unfortunately towards the end of 2023 Mandy seems to have been pushed out by the other people who shared the space. I have no experience with new ownership/management but from speaking with her, I know that she was there 26 years and they did her dirty. I hope she returns. She got me the best deals on tires for my wife's car, my trucks, and my Corvette. Old review from 2017: I bought two new tires for a Nissan Sentra and paid $145. Can't complain. Service was fast when I went to go get them installed. (I had to go back in the afternoon because they had to order them from their supplier)."

"Whoever the young man was that fixed the lower ball joints and did an alignment on my 2002 Honda Accord LX on July 21, 2023, was amazing. He was very patient answering all my questions. "No matter how many times I return they always make sure I’m taken care of! Just wonderful!!! Honesty & Quality service at a great rate. Mandy, Jason, & Corey are exceptional at what they do. Had me serviced and out there in no time. Have used them and referred people to them for many years. The bonus is they are conveniently located on Tara Blvd so it's easy to get to them no matter where your coming from. All you have to do is look for the sign and Blvd conveniently just below Battlecreek."

"I’ve always came to mandy for all my tire needs, always took care of me at a good price, however on July 14th I went in for a wheel balancing on all 4 of my wheels because I was having vibrations at high speeds, she balanced them and I went on my way, everything was great until the next day I looked at my wheels and the area around the lug nut area had deep scratches running the whole circumference around the each lug nut on all 4 wheels which was caused by the socket used with the impact wrench, then on Monday July 18, I went back to show Mandy the damages caused to all 4 of my wheels by her, and see if they could make it right by fixing it, she immediately denied responsibility and claimed her socket could have not caused the damaged, her lousy excuse was just grabbing a 21mm socket and inserting into the lug nut and claiming it does not touch, when I asked her to try it with a impact wrench, as soon as the lug nut was removed you could the end of the socket spinning all over the place/wobbling, which is what caused the damaged. Any competent person who has experience with using a impact wrench would know to use a thin wall socket or even a socket with a plastic sleeve and to hold the impact wrench steady to prevent damaged to the wheel and to adjust the impacts speed to mitigate socket wobble when you remove lug nuts. She then pulled the “I’ve been doing this for 26 years” card, which goes to show she doesn’t believe in honoring and fixing her mistakes, do yourself a favor and just pay the extra dollar to a big business tire shop, or you can’t take the gamble with Mandy and be stuck with a expensive repair bill. I’ve attached pictures below of the damage, you can even see the particles of scratched off metal from the scratches in the pics."
