"Stopped in to buy a turn signal light for a 2020 Dodge Journey sales clerk stated that they didn't have any. I started to leave and go to another parts store and decided instead to take the bulb out and take it back into the store!!! Your location did indeed have the lightbulb in stock!!! Your location wasn't busy!!! Why did your employee decide he would rather talk with another employee rather than help a man in a wheelchair!!!! Is that not what your location there for??? To provide parts for customers!!! Your employee didn't even put forth any effort to bother to check to see for sure if your location had standard turn signal light bulbs?????"

I called and the gentleman, understood my frustration and went and pulled the actual product for me. I came right in and was able to finally get last piece, for oil change."
