"The staff here are Fabulous. The associate that assists me most often is Always, Customer Service Oriented! She is friendly and smiles while addressing my service needs!! She explains current offers on services. I wish I knew her name, she is a true Asset to UPS!"

"I'm not even sure where to start on this one. I was just shocked. I've been shopping on Amazon for the past 10 years and has done Amazon returns smoothly at numerous UPS locations around the country. First time using the UPS Location in Griffin and the african American clerk told me I have to purchase a UPS box in order to ship back the item even though I have already boxed the return with my own box. For my second box she said to print the shipping label for me will cost $4.70. I'm not sure what's going with that lady but she needs to be retrained or find something else to do. I took my items and left and will never return to that location again."

"I had A LOT of returns and a line was forming. In between me getting my QR CODES, the associate working was taking care of others at the same time. Destiny is a ROCK STAR!!! She handled herself professionally & was efficient and effective, keeping the line moving."

"I just left this store at about 415pm on 1-3-2024. I am not sure about the clerk’s name, but I would describe her as a middle-aged African-American woman. I just needed to drop a package off and did not need a receipt. The line was almost to the door with one employee working the front area at the time. I waited patiently for a few moments, then politely asked if I could just drop the package off if I didn’t need a receipt. The lone lady working the front area rudely told me that I could not because I was required to get a receipt. She also rudely stated that every person in the long, slow moving line was there to drop something off. I am not sure sure how she came to that conclusion, because some people in line were empty-handed. I frequent two other UPS Store locations and schedule pick ups at my home often and I have never been required to get a receipt, if I did not require one. At the other UPS Store locations I was always allowed to place the package in an area specified by an employee. It appeared to me from her facial expression and tone, that I annoyed her for having the audacity to ask her a question. I will continue to use The UPS Stores that I have used in the past, but I will never step foot in the Griffin location again."

"I went in first thing this morning for a last minute notary, and Ms Mabes was AMAZING! She was patient, friendly, and had a smile that made my day after working all night. I highly recommend here solely on my experience with Ms Mabes!!! Thank you so much! UPS better not ever let her go cause I'd hire her at my Marriott in a heartbeat!"
