"My husband ordered a pizza. He called to verify delivery time, and then when it came to delivery, the driver “couldn’t find the house” we could literally see the car from our back porch. Then the driver drove off and the store cancelled our order. Absolutely ridiculous… no call to say they couldn’t find the house. And when we called when they drove off, the store staff said it was too late and we’d have to replace the order and wait another hour and a half for the pizza. Terrible service and I think the manager should be better about training their staff. Absolutely terrible, do not use this place ever."

"Pre-paid online and they still managed to overcharge me. I have a suspicion that whatever employee closed out my ticket after I picked up the order added an unauthorized tip. Called the location multiple times trying to get this matter sorted, was finally promised that the amount would be refunded and it never was. I was only overcharged by a small amount but I still don't appreciate being stolen from and nothing being done to rectify the matter. If I pre-pay online I shouldn't have to worry about extra charges being added on. More troubling still that someone working at this location might be getting away with overcharging customers."

"I ordered their thin crust pizza with easy sauce, olives & double mushrooms & i requested that they cut it into squares instead of triangle slices! OH WOW! this created a tasty & fun appetizer type meal (& great for vegetarians). So much easier to handle smaller squares as opposed to bigger triangles! This made an easy to manage meal at my work desk!"
