Little Caesars Pizza

"I always get pizza from y'all and never have a problem but the pizza I got today was cold had no taste and the pepperoni was dark like it had been held under heat lamp to long. Very disappointing in the food I got today."

The quality is terrible and the customer service is, too. 3 pizzas later (all looked burned) and this is what we're doing tonight because the time wasted and money, too. Smh. "The pizza isn’t the problem…it’s the rudeness from this location. Called Nov. 20th at 7:34pm (yes, I would LOVE for management to reference who was working this evening). For some reason, the Little Caesars app wasn’t processing my order, as I kept getting a recycled error message. I called the store and told the young lady I would be placing an order from another state (for a party at a relative’s home). When I asked whether I could order and pay by phone from another state, she insisted I could only use the app for this. I told her the app wasn’t processing the order, nor was it allowing me to insert an apartment number. She retaliated and said, “Well ma’am, I can’t help you.” Mind you…we’re talking easily over $100 worth of pizza I was about to order. I then asked whether she could take just TWO seconds to assist me…so I wouldn’t have to carry my business to another location. However, the young lady fired back with a quick: “Well if THAT’S what you need to do, then…” Listen…times are rough and businesses are extremely competitive. So, word to those at corporate: you may want to advise your employees at 819 Forest Pkwy not to deter business prospects because they’re too caught up to extend a bit of help."

"It's pretty good compared to the other Little Caesars around this area that I've tried. Only problem is they don't know how to make the Old World Fanceroni, which happens to be my favorite item on the menu. It's supposed to have a crust that's like the deep dish (they're not great at that either), but it ends up coming out like a regular pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni."

"Corporate definitely needs to get involved when it comes to this store. They will hand you a regular pepperoni pizza when you’re paying for pepperoni extra most cheese pizza. Those are ALWAYS supposed to be made to order with extra cheese. And the white girl at the window acts slow and she is rude as hell too. This is a regular pepperoni pizza not a extra most"
