"Tried the new pan pizza and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the service was lackluster. My carry out order was messed up and I had to wait 20 minutes. After a while, it was apparent they forgot I was waiting for something. There was never even as much as an apology. I'll be trying other locations for carry out next time"
"Service is usually excellent at this location. Apparently only 1 working tonight & it took an hour for a carryout pizza. Ordered at 7:53, estimated pickup time was 8:17-8:27. Pizza was ready at about 8:55."
"Very poor quality of presenting with an excessive amount of cheese, lacking any skillful control of portions nor human touch. The unappetizing appearance of hugely dumped cheese led to almost everything being thrown away immediately. Regretful that I didn't inspect the contents in the store to dispose of it right then. Genuinely disappointing. I owe never to visit the store again."
