"Wow. Thought I would skip the line at another nearby emissions testing center but the totally rude behavior regarding parking from the employee working made me happy to sit in line elsewhere. I was unable to move where the employee told me to park due to others in line behind me and when I responded to the directions with, “Yes sir, I understand,” the man responded, “No you don’t. You never will. You’re not smart enough.” I will not be patronizing this business any more. Thank you, next."
"The normal guy that owns the place is amazing. However, the guy he hired is crotchety and almost mean-spirited. I've been coming here since it's been opened. I have never been treated with such disrespect. Quick to anger when not understanding him with a mask on. I was in a running car 20 ft away trying to understand what he wanted me to do. I felt so uncomfortable sitting there waiting for my emissions. The only reason why I stayed was because of the owner, not this guy. What happened to the smiles, hellos, and awesome conversations?"
"Be aware that this place closes a few minutes before their stated closing time. I went the next day, and Charles was incredibly rude in giving direction on where to park, which got us off on the wrong foot. They do not accept cash, even though they have a sign saying cash and cards are accepted. 2 stars because the emissions test was relatively quick and the price was reasonable, but I won’t be back."
