"Never been to Mavis Tire, but this morning in 17 degree weather, as I passed by, my tire light came on. I turned in, and Greg greeted me. He told me there was free air, and in frigid temperatures, he came out and filled each tire for me. When I asked what I owed, he pointed to the machine and said the air was free. The kindness of strangers expecting nothing in return helped me today. Excellent customer service. Might be the place to consider for tire and brake needs if the other employees exemplify Greg’s customer service."

After acknowledging their greeting, I explained why I was in need of assistance. The attendant promptly entered my information and immediately took ownership of my issue as well provided a solution. "Greg and his team got my car in very quickly. He went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Went in for an oil change, he made sure that my car was safe to drive. "We had a slow leak for weeks and finally took it into Mavis for an inspection. They found a small nail on the inside of the tire and took great care of us. We had our two rear tires replaced and then rotated the new ones to the front. The car is driving as good as new, and we really appreciated the quick service. Tyler was our first point of contact at the desk and he was great. Very knowledgeable and transparent which is a must in my book! Paul was our technician and was extremely helpful! Nice work guys!"
