"I purchased a Honda CRV 2023 and absolutely love it! There was a problem with the dash however that made like a rattle noise when driving at a certain speed. But Carlos Ortiz at service was so great at keeping me updated on the part when it came in and took the time to explain about the part that was needed and all, great customer service!"

"I previously reported issues with this Honda- particularly the service department. It’s good to know that Honda actually read the reviews. The manager reached out- went over and beyond to correct the issue. Also on my last visit a service staff member actually met me in the service garage to check me in…which is a change from their usual behavior of ignoring customers as if we are a nuisance. Giving Honda a ‘3’ rating for the effort….would have given at least a ‘4’ star initially if the manager would have made it a priority to speak to me as requested on the day of the incident and if the service staff would at least greet us upon arrival oppose to ignoring us/behaving as if customers are a bother. Kudos to Justin. It was my first time meeting him. He was awesome on the day of the incident. He wasn’t my assigned service staff member but went over and beyond before knowing the details of my issue. He’s a great example customer service!"

"I would strongly avoid coming here outside of major OEM repairs. I came in to get my A/C checked out as it was not consistently blowing cold air. After paying an absurd amount for a diagnostic (they charge $180), they told me it just needed a new compressor. This aftermarket part can be purchased for around $200. They quoted me at $2,300 for this repair for a nearly 20-year old civic! This kind of price gouging is disgusting. They overcharge for a diagnostic only to grossly jack up the price for any repairs, knowing you're not likely to waste money on their diagnostic. After opting not to get the repairs there, it took them nearly 10 minutes to find my vehicle. Once I got back in my car, I noticed a plastic part I've never seen sitting in my passenger seat. I asked the rep what it was and he didn't know. I went to put it in my glovebox and the entire thing fell apart on the floor. They didn't even correctly put it back together after taking it apart. I had to wait there for their technicians to correctly build it back. It took me about half an hour to simply pay them (robbery) and leave with my car with no work being done to it. Overall, I was very disappointed with their service and business practices. *Update: I took my vehicle down the road to Express Oil and they fixed the issue for $320. It just had a freon leak… what a ripoff this could have been!"

"Tag 5482 visited for B12 service didn't turn out well. Was told tire rotation was completed by both service advisor and technician when it was not done and later an excuse was made saying technician misread the service order sheet after I showed proof tires were not rotated."
