"Everyone in the store has always been extremely helpful, but on Sunday September 24, 2023, I went into the UPS store on Bill Gardner Parkway with a printing project. Miss Kimberly gates was extremely knowledgeable of the function being performed. We had a few little hiccups she spent the time to take care of everything and make sure it was right, and solve the issue that we were having so that I was a print my project and I was 100% happy with the end result. Thank you so much for being so knowledgeable and being pleasant and patient through the whole process thank you so much you made my week"
