"This is an awful UPS location. People unfriendly, very over priced at .25 a copy even on more than 100 copies. Today’s associates couldn’t even print a single page of my expense report. Email address is different from all other UPS Stores. Leaving here driving to Eagles Landing UPS Store Location which is awesome compared to most others. Sad UPS doesn’t care how its stores are run!!!"
"I have never had an issue with this location until just now. I return my Amazon packages here all the time. It’s normally quick and easy. I went today and granted, it was just 8 minutes before they were supposed to close, but still BEFORE closing time. I went up to the door and pulled on it and it was locked. The bald guy with the glasses seen me and turned his back, shaking his head as if he was saying, “oh hell no. I’m not opening the door.” It was completely rude and not how you run a business. I am headed out of town for the next 6 days and needed to just quickly return an Amazon package. I get off after 5:00 pm and have to get 3 kids before getting back to this side of town. Now I have to find another location. It’s just unfortunate. Please do better or change your store hours!"

As a business owner, which ships multiple times during any given week, we find the owners Mr Greg and his wife Sandy to be wonderful, top notch people. The staff; Jason, Joshua, Alyssa and Laura are very pleasant, helpful and professional. Always a positive experience for the past 15 years. AAA++++"
