"This is my 2nd review. This place has new owners and they are doing some needed improvements. This visit was much better and facility was better. A great place for toddlers and kids of various ages. My one and two year old grands love it!"

"This place needs a lot of work. They could use some nice people at the front. I went on a friday afternoon with no people so my 1 year old was having fun until it got so busy. Really wish people would respect the rules when it says no shoes or food on the playground but guess its right when they say this is why we dont have nice things."

"No... no... no... I should've taken pictures of EVERYTHING!!!! Most of the play area was NOT cleaned. Very unorganized and has a lot of OLD arcade games to play with. A lot of the cars that kids sit on have prints all over it and same with anything within the play area (to me, indicating that it's not cleaned regularly). The bathrooms looked like something you would see in a horror film... dark, spooky, very filthy. The people that work here are practically kids that sit in the front and just stay on their phones till someone needed to be attended to /: The "cafeteria" does not look inviting, I dared not to go enter it and looking at these reviews, I'm kinda glad I didn't ! I'm also wondering how it is ok to leave a sign for people to remove shoes when walking on mats but socks aren't required............. and the bathrooms looking like that.... yeah, no thanks. Not having socks on is also a hazard to anyone walking on that mat. You don't know if anyone has foot fungus and can transfer to YOUR feet! Hence why most kids play places REQUIRE SOCKS OR SELL THEM WITH GRIPPIES ON THE BOTTOM.... Overall this place is filthy.... the music choices they put on is kinda questionable, not suitable for children. It would be a lot nicer if there was someone hired AND PAID MORE FOR GENUINE CLEANING AROUND THE PLACE AND MAKING SURE PEOPLE HAVE SOCKS ON EVERY HOUR OR SO... make sure that kids are being cared for. Invest money in refurbishing arcade games, cleaning supplies, cleaning appliances (and someone that actually will clean and do their job), is courteous to those coming to the place and would say that person needs to be paid 17-18$ /hr. Just a suggestion for those who actually care about the place being clean. Also new floor mats for the play area and a rearrangement of the arcade area. Add some spunk on the walls and make it look appealing to children. Add more lights! Not crazy lights because some kids are epileptic or autistic and don't like stuff like that."

"Horrible is the most accurate description for this facility. We were the first patrons there, there was trash on the ground. Several of the play areas were broken and cordoned off. Just overall dirty. Up keep has been put aside, apparently they are opening an indoor pool.. never again."

"I’m all for supporting the hispanic community and businesses but this place is just full of safety hazards. It looks cool in pictures but they definitely have not been updated. This place needs a lot of work done. There are cables just hanging off the wall inside the play area, flat balls in the ball pit and so much more"
