"I use the UPS store all the time, and service is always great, but this time it was exceptional, I had so many packages, it was confusing even for me that know what I was packing and shipping. Jamal was the person helping me; what a helpful and cheerful young man. Jamal is well trained, amiable, polite and helpful, he was also efficient, and fast. Kudos to his manager for hiring/training him and to his Mom for raising him so well. It seems silly but this qualities are less and less common in work places and stores, and it is important to recognize them!"

"I posted 6 packages in under 2 minutes. Two were USPS Priority Mail which they accept. Three people working to take care of customers. These people are wonderful in sharp contrast to the local Post Offices where one person is serving a line of 10 customers, going as slow as possible, never smiling, seemingly detesting the patrons who pay her salary. If you use a shipping online service, costs not much different. I hope I never have to set foot in a US Post Office again here in Atlanta."
"Best service I’ve gotten at a UPS hands down! I was sending in my passport renewal application and realized after I’d driven away that I left my passport in my pocket and not in the envelope (gulp!). I called and Jay pulled my envelope to the side before it got sent out and once I got there they helped me open the envelope and put it all together before getting it ready to send out again (all while laughing with me about it). THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for helping me not get my app rejected!!"
"Avoid this location at all costs! I used their pack and ship service (which cost upwards of $100 on its own) to send a valuable and sentimental family heirloom and was ensured each piece would be wrapped in bubble wrap and padding to ensure it wouldn’t break or be scratched. This is what I saw when I opened the box when it arrived — NO padding at all and no attempt to protect the contents inside. The fragile antique cast iron completely shattered into 4 pieces and the frame of the table is marred up and will need refinishing. Shame on these liars - stay away!"
