"I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at this store located at 3631 Chamblee Tucker Rd Ste A, Atlanta, GA 30341, particularly from an employee named Becky. My ordeal began with a simple package shipment on November 29, destined for Athens, GA, with an anticipated delivery date of November 30. Unfortunately, a series of mishaps and miscommunications transformed this straightforward process into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. The package, meant for my son, arrived at the Bogart, GA facility on November 30 and remained there until December 6, when it was labeled as delayed. I was advised by UPS customer service to contact the originating store for a trace on the package. Thankfully, Peter from your store was extremely helpful and promptly initiated the necessary steps. An updated delivery date of December 13 was provided, but as my son was scheduled to return home for the Holidays that day (he's a student at UGA), I sought to place a hold on the package for pickup. This is where my encounter with Becky took a distressing turn. She not only refused to assist me in placing a hold on the package but also displayed a level of rudeness that I have never before encountered in a customer service setting. She repeatedly interrupted me, refused to listen to my explanation, and claimed she was too busy to help. It was only after persistent efforts on my part that she reluctantly took down my details for a follow-up. Her call later that night informed me of a hold placed for December 14, which was unhelpful given my son's travel schedule. When I inquired about returning the package to the sender, her response was not only uncooperative but also insinuating that I was at fault for choosing a 3-5 day delivery option, despite the package being delayed and lost due to no fault of my own. Further, she was mentioning I'm making things up and she can't help. The entire experience has been exasperating and has significantly diminished my trust in this store. Becky's conduct was unprofessional, lacking in empathy, and contrary to the standards of customer service one would expect. It is disheartening to note that her attitude overshadowed the outstanding service provided by Peter earlier."

"Well I want to start off by saying that I tried to this process with this store 2 different times, both being me trying to return an item from Amazon. As directed from Amazon I could bring in the item show my code and UPS will take care of the rest (that being them putting it in a box and sending it back to them) but instead I was told I would be charge for the box, taping and label that would of been around $12. I went to a different UPS store and they knew what to do as I had expected. I think this store is not rendering services as it states on their contracts and if they are not affiliatted with UPS 100% they should state that on the front door. It was a waste of my time."

"The store employees are very friendly and helpful, especially Peter. The store owner, Ruple, on the other hand… I had sent an overnight package costing almost $150. The order was completely messed up with my friend receiving snowshoes and now having to worry about an extremely expensive package missing. After much hoopla, the package was returned to the store. I was told multiple times Ruple was going to call me to rectify this situation. Never heard from her once. It’s been three weeks and I have yet to receive a refund. EDIT: now I am learning they will sending me a refund by check to my address like it is 1955."

"Good service and staff is very professional. I was greeted when coming into the store. Quick service. Staff wore protected masks. Went to get a notary performed and was charged just $5. Will go to this Chamblee UPS store for any future notary work. They do have handicap ♿️ parking available. It is a small store. Could use some more counter space for the customers."
