"I bought 4 tires and made an appointment a week ahead for installation. When I got there, they said they couldn't lift my vehicle. I went to Tire discounters and they put them right on using a jack. Wal mart simply didn't want to do it."

We were distraught and desperate but Garrett and the rest of the auto team were incredibly compassionate and bent over backwards to help get us safely back on the road! They even showed us some concerns they had with our car for us to look into as soon as we get a chance! If you’re looking for exceptional service from people who actually care look no further! "I went here and scheduled a tire change for a Monday. I could not make it and tried to call when they opened an hour in advance to cancel. They never picked up. I called the whole hour. Then the next week I went in to reschedule and the man I am assuming was the manager asked me when was my other appointment that I told him I couldn't make like he was having an attitude. He then said that they didn't have the tire size that they apparently had the week before. I went back after they got a truck and a different person said they didn't have the tire and didn't know when as if she didn't care and was just being lazy and un helpful. Everytime I go they are all in there being unfriendly and laughing at customers."

"The reason its one star: DO NOT get your oil changed here, we had ours done here today (11-10-19) and the didnt put the oil cap back on the car and oil exploded all over the engine and is leaking out the bottom because they didnt put the drain plug in right either. People do not know how to do a simple oil change. Photos below."
