"I rarely write reviews, but these guys were killing it. I walked in on Cyber Monday with three different things to return. There was a line and they had me out of the store in less than five minutes. Very helpful. Great service."
"Disappointed service- paid $150 to send photos to grandmother in Asia and was told my US number could be used. I was never contacted and Yosef the store manager never left messages for me and my package has been returned after 3 weeks due to inability to deliver. I should have used a different service or been advised more properly by trained staff. They accepted a package and my money without cross checking the address. Even USPS does that."
