"This place was so nice to us!! We had one of the worst 48 hours ever! These people went above and beyond to make sure we were okay! That we got our vehicle fixed and made it home safely! If they aren’t working with you on something, maybe it’s your attitude! Getting you car towed does suck. But it’s not their fault they are following laws. Tara was so sweet! She helped us through it all! Never had a car impounded before. But she was so helpful! She even texted to make sure we made it back to Florida! Literally some of the nicest people I’ve ever came across!! Be kind to them! They are only doing their job!"
