"I RARELY write negative reviews, but in this case it was a MUST! These employees have THE worst attitudes. No smiles or friendly greetings at all. In fact, my little girl said once as we were leaving “this is the no smiles rude place!” I went once at 5:50 PM and had an amazon return and a package to send to a patient. They ran the amazon return through and then said, “Sorry, we already closed the till. You’ll have to ship the other item out at the UPS store down the street”. It was so insane that the people behind me commented on it! If you close at 6 PM your till needs to be open until 6 PM. Do better!!!!"
"The posted sign says they close at 6pm, I entered to ship a box a few minutes before and they had already shut their POS system at 5:50pm. Thats not how it should be, if you say you are open till 6pm stay fully open till 6pm."
"Visited this morning to scan 2 documents (51 pages total) and have them sent to my email address. I was stunned that they charged me $58 for this "service". Seems like price gouging. The attendant was not particularly helpful. I will find an alternative in the future."
"Broke my neck to make it to the store #4555 before the closing time, to send out medical records with a pre-printed shipping label. Two ladies coldly tell me that the "guy who handles it" left earlier, but I can go to their next location a mile away. Per their statement, he left "knowing" i could do this service at the other location. No"sorry" , "we apologize for the inconvenience " or anything similar. Utterly unprofessional and entitled."
"Thank you FEDEX for proposing a $175 rush fee to pick up an order completed tonight instead of in the morning. Thanks for hanging up the phone and inspiring me to go to UPS. The staff is consummately professional, the job was done quickly and without error, and the price was very fair. What else could a customer want? So what do I say to FEDEX? NEVER AGAIN!!"
