She was very professional but also very courteous. She knows her job very well and while helping me, She proceeded to help others as the line started to grow. It was On a sunday, 10/29/23. So there was a lot of things going on at the same time. It is wonderful to run into a beautiful person. It is especially rewarding when you are not able to do normal things like other people to know that there are still kindness in the world from some people. Thank you. Jaida. I was worried about the presentation of everything but Brevin, reassured me that my package would be handled with care. Everything was indeed packaged neatly and strategically and most importantly it got to my loved one safely!
