"I would recommend taking your business elsewhere if you want it to be valued. I had the worst experience on 2/8 2:50pm with the associate DeDe. It started while I was standing in line and heard DeDe mockingly describe an upset customer she dealt with earlier in the day to a male colleague. Customers heard everything while waiting in line. Already was a red flag. Her condescending attitude, tone and power trip essence made the atmosphere toxic. Each customer DeDe assisted she was snappy, rude and lacked any patience for if they had feedback or questions. It was clear she feels entitled to treat customers harshly because she doesn’t have any supervision and is left in charge. Had my package in the zip up return package it was delivered in. But was told I needed to buy an envelope. First time ever asked that but fine, grabbed one and sealed my items inside. Placed my purse and envelope on the counter to pay for the transaction and was then told “Umm no you’re being rude and I’m denying service. You can go to another UPS store. Leave or I’m calling the authorities”. I kid you not, it was just like that. I was both shocked and upset because I did what she wanted, what could I have possibly done for the power trip. When asked how I was rude DeDe said I “slammed the envelope on the counter”. Which did not happen and was a blatant lie. I had my child with me too so to be lied about and treated so poorly made it even more disturbing. Another associate named Kathy attempted to assist me but she interrupted and said “Kathy no. Baby leave or I’m calling the authorities”. I told her I didn’t even pay for the envelope she made me get and my items were already sealed inside, she said “I will pay for it. Go”. I asked for the store card and she was very eager to mention “if you’re going to call I’d suggest calling tomorrow because I’m covering the phones today so you’ll be talking to me”. Be expected to not ask any questions, show any type of discontent towards treatment, service…even if you’re still calm and remain quiet if you make the wrong facial expression you will be denied service because you will be lied on about a made up accusation. That’s what happened to me. They have cameras. Sure they’d be able to confirm how she escalates situations. Don’t bother calling either to complain. I’m sure it’s all swept under the rug with how confident DeDe’s response was when I asked for the store card. I sent an email to the store and corporate because this needs to be addressed. You can’t be in customer service and treat people this way, especially being so bold to threaten authorities based on a lie. Looks like there are other reviews that show I’m not the only one with a horrible experience."

"What a RUDE NASTY HATEFUL GIRL, not only to the older lady before me but to me, I was there to mail boxes and wanted to do other things, but her hateful and rude disrespectful attitude, I went out the door swearing to God I will never be in that store ever again. I will go to the store on sixes or in Canton.. But that rude beotch caused me to take my money and business elsewhere.. Girl check your nasty attitude.. This world owes you nothing and treating people like that.. Nothing is what you will get... Update your resume and get something outside of customer service"

"I wish I could give a lower star rating. I booked a notary appointment online as every UPS store I have gone to in the past required one. This store also provided me the option to do that online, so I did that. I get to the store 15 min early. I did not attempt to go inside as they had a sign that sad "LUNCH." So I waited to my appointed time, but the sign did not change and the door was still locked. I waited. The store remained locked until 30min after my scheduled appointment. I go inside and the lady said they don't do appointments for notaries. Then I explain what type of notary I need. She said she cannot do that. It is my understanding that notary appointments are useful as they let the store know what the document is and make sure they have someone there to fulfill that need. They could not notarize my document because they did not have the right person there. The lady talked very fast and had her AirPods in while she was talking to me. It was all around very disrespectful and not a typical UPS quality service."

"DO NOT SUPPORT THIS UPS STORE!!!! Came to the store twice to ship a package. Girl in charge of the place is super rude , lazy , and very unprofessional. She need to be fired immediately. I will never use a Store again looking forward to the store shutting down! DO NOT USE THIS STORE!"
