"The one in Piedmont Alabama on 1st shift treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. They let me sit in the parking lot with a dead battery I waited depressed amd in the direct sun and unable to walk because of disability and nothing to drink in from 1pm till late. My family does not live close so I had to wait till abot 8:00pm because my family works too, without my meds I couldn't walk without help. Now this part would be on me, if I would have had my meds and be able to walk back in when 2nd shift got in they would have helped me sooner. As a matter of fact when my son-in-law got there and told them what had happened they apologized and by thin it was closing time, 9pm to be exact. With a new battery and the negative cable not making good connection they got it cleaned and back on. It was 9:40pm and fixed. I wanted to make sure that they know how much I appreciated them staying late and helping me. But 1st shift imo needs to reconsider that females also know what to do with vehicle's. It was on 9/19 when I went in at around late lunch to 9:30pm in the parking lot. Idk if I will ever use O'Reilly again"
