Papa Johns Pizza

"So I ordered my three pizza's from papa John's. They all were received in a timely manner. After close inspection, one of my pizza's didn't have adequate amount of cheese. I didn't order extra cheese but it was obvious that a few spots didn't have cheese. This is the second time this happened. The first time, the manager gave me a refund. I called the store and the manager who inspected my pizza said it was fine. I have a photo of one the slices and you can clearly see that it's not cheese where it needs to be. My children got to the other half before I could get the full picture. I have contact Papa John's corporate and submitted a case for a refund. I would ask your employees to please try and pay attention and do your job to best of your ability. Stop being lazy."

"Pizza was awful…the checkout girl was the sweetest but the ones that were standing there watching her and she had an arm in a sling were so wrong. Not one soul offers to help her and I know that was heavy. The other girls were literally watching her and talking and plain out rude."

"When I questioned about the price they quickly corrected the mistake and was very friendly/professional. I had a call In carryout order and they did a great job having it straight out of the oven and ready for us when we arrived. Even with all they had going on with a huge delivery their customers come first and was greeted with a smile. They delivery guys in the big truck was awesome as well! Good job papa John's employees from near and far as well keep up the good work"
