"Called and set an appointment. Had to schedule one month out. I moved my schedule around and had the day off. The vendor, “Tim” emailed me (he has my number) 30 minutes before and said he couldn’t show because of rain. It was an estimate to cut a hole for a stovepipe. Just an estimate. All inside work. Very unreliable company. They don’t really have their stuff together, at all."
