"Nice guys, small shop seemed knowledgeable, but beware their time is split from business and other ventures and they are slow as molasses! They will tell you they are working on something Monday, but they won’t really tell you which Monday. Weeks later a job that would normally take 3-4 days at best takes 6-8 weeks! Unbelievably slow! Wish I had known this ahead of time because between their proud prices and delay in getting work done I probably would have went elsewhere."
"Very knowledge and easy to communicate with. Haven't ridden the bike yet, but have several friends that have used this place and are very happy. If you want to know if your frame is straight and exactly what your geometry is this is the place to go. 3d scan of the bike and a frame straightener if your bike needs it. He sets the bike up for your weight and dials in rake and trail to get the bike right. Highly recommend if you are a serious track day rider or racer."
"I had my forks serviced at GMD Atlanta, shock resprung, and suspension clickers set. I took it out on a test ride after they were done and it’s a world better. Kent had a very relaxed demeanor and was more than happy to talk suspension stuff while the work was happening. I felt at ease and like I was getting a professional result. When I brought the bike in I did not expect to have a new spring out on but Kent gave me concrete evidence that it would improve the bike and gave me a copy of the before and after measurements. I didn’t have the computrack measurements done this time but I’ll definitely be back next season to have everything aligned and angled correctly. A++++ Service. EDIT a track day and weekend in NC/TN later: this bike rocks!! It’s so supple. You can sail right over the curbing at Barber and all you feel is a dull thud. It also doesn’t buck at all @ WOT. It’s a smooth smear till you catch full grip. Very confidence inspiring. Under repeated on/off twisty road riding the bike doesn’t get bouncy and out-of-step. I will say it’s exposed bad things I was doing but now that I have a stable platform I can work on those."
