"While washing my clothes the washer started smoking . Had to pull them out . Most washers there do not work same with the dryers . Filthy place sketchy upstairs tenants no change machine mold in the washers bathroom got so bad they boarded it up this place is a breeding ground for disease why has the city not shut it down? And it’s in eleanor wv not Frazier bottom so much for Eleanor being so clean"
"It's is dated, like most coin laundry within a 25 mile radius. However, the small washers didn't have hot water. Prices are reasonable and 95% are operational. Dryers are HOT. No change machine, car wash and ExxonMobil nearby. Upstairs Tenants are sketchy..."

"This place is a depressing filthy dump. Last time I was there (Aug or Sept of 2018), only 2 of the 12 or so washers were in working order. Absolutely zero upkeep of the place. Garbage on the floor, mold in some of the washers. Why hasn't board of health closed this place? Why does the ownership bother to keep the lights on? Seriously - I wouldn't wash my dog's blanket here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague."
